Kenyan Movie Disconnect: The Wedding Planner Is Now Streaming On Netflix
The highly anticipated Kenyan movie ‘Disconnect: The Wedding’ Planner has today (13.01.2023) premiered on Netflix.
The 1 hour, 46 minutes long movie is the sequel to the critically acclaimed film ‘Disconnect’ which debuted in 2018.
‘Disconnect: The Wedding Planner’ features most of the cast from the first movie including Kate Kamau, Brenda Wairimu and Patricia Kihoro. However, Nick Mutuma, the lead actor in the first film, is noticeably absent as Pascal Tokodi takes over the lead role.
This time our favorite singles are planning a wedding, or rather a very frazzled Pascal Tokodi tries to plan a traditional destination wedding in Mombasa which tests his friendships and causes a lot of drama.
The two movies directed by popular filmmaker David ‘Tosh’ Gitonga are available to watch on the international streaming service.
