Martha Karua, Betty Kyallo among top 10 most influential African women on Twitter

Former minister of justice and member of parliament Martha Karua and former news anchor Betty Kyallo are among the top 10 most influential women in Africa On Twitter in a list compiled by Women In Africa.

The celebrated journalist and CEO of Flair By Betty took to Instagram and Facebook to share her joy with her fans and followers.

Several Kenyan women also graced the list including journalist Anne Kiguta, at number 13, and Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris,who was sixteenth on the list.
