Many people are being bullied on social media, an act that has been on the rise in Kenya.

Celebrities like Jimmy Gait have been greatly affected by such behaviours to an extend of crying on live television.

Here is what Janet had to say;

“As a woman, the whole thing for tearing each other and feeling like one is important does not help much and women need to shine their lights and learn that they are important.

Learn to do away with the noise and remember to remind yourself that you are doing the best that you can.

You don’t have to impact many people but always remember to live your best life. Social media has become quite intrusive and sexist. Tap into your potential and be happy being a woman as you remember to own it.”
