Avoid sugary foods
You are what you eat. Your skin is built up from the inside and what you eat will affect the final outcome of your skin. If you eat lots of chocolate and too many nuts, that can create breakouts and rashes in the skin.
Martyn, Rihanna’s facialist in an interview with Coveteur says, “If you want to have and maintain healthy skin you have to follow a clean diet, with green juices, vitamins, a lot of water ; it makes the big difference.”
Avoid using soaps on your face
We can’t all be blessed with Rihanna type flawless skin but we can work our way there. Skin is a very sensitive organ so everything you do to it should be intentional. Using soaps on our faces can really dry it out. Soaps tend to be too alkaline and the pH of the skin is slightly acidic. Also avoid cleansers with a lot of sulfates as it also causes the skin to dry out. Form a habit of using natural cleansers such as honey and lemon cleanser.

Using a celebrity’s routine is amazing but sometimes buying those products on a regular can be too expensive for you. You could opt to use more natural home remedies and save some money.
